Simplistic Violet fountain pen ink made by P.W. Akkerman pen store in The Hague.
This is a deep violet ink with good shading, and some green-gold sheen.
Originally made to celebrate their 100th anniversary, this ink comes in a vintage-style bottle with a narrow neck with a marble stopper, to create a well at the top to aid in filling pens.

Beautiful Purple Ink
This purple ink has a lot of personality and is simply a gorgeous shading ink. Definitely worth the hunt!

Still lookin’ for the perfect tyrian purple...
Mkay you got your bluish purples, and you got your reddish purples. I guess there's also blackish purples. That covers it.
"Simplisties Violet" is a pretty standard re...view moreddish purple. I have a sheet right here where I've written a few sentences in "Simplisties" and a few in Pelikan "Violett" and a few in Diamine "Imperial." The differences between these three are—exceedingly slight.
But! Pelikan and Diamine don't come in no fan-say freakyshaped glass bottle w/a marble in it + not a word of English on the label. In other words, the bottle alone is prolly worth ten bucks right there. Box is actually tasty too....
I bought this stuff on the recommendation of this foaming Australian ninny on YouTube, whose every other word is "really" ("I just really find this really, really lovely...")—who happens to have excellent taste + knows everything. This time, however, I think he was off the mark. The ink is nothing special. It's all just about the bottle. view less
