Kyoto Kyo-no-oto 07 Hisoku is an unsaturated steel blue with medium shading and a pop of black sheen in large swabs. It dries in 30 seconds in a medium nib on Rhodia and has a dry flow. Kyoto ink is made in Japan.
"Secret color" steel blue fountain pen ink, made for the TAG stationery store in Kyoto, Japan, based on traditional dyeing techniques.
The secret color is a pale green color like the color of porcelain, and it is named because of the mysterious beauty of the ash-colored blue-green unique to pottery.
