Warm Terracotta
This ink is more orange than brown in tone, with nice shading from light brick red to a deeper coppery brown. Very similar to Diamine Ancient Copper. A "southwest" kind of color.

The Shading is PHENOMENAL!
I put this in my Kanwrite Desire (in orange swirl) and it's a perfect match. Out of a medium nib, there is so much shading! I wrote a letter with it recently and got every shade of...view more color from brown to a vibrant, earthy red. One of my favorites, especially medium nibs or larger. view less

Perfect Red/Brown
This is exactly what I'm looking for, a nice rusty red. I'd still like to compare it to the 'Ancient Copper' also by Diamine, but the Terracotta will likely be my signature color f...view moreor a while. It is striking and distinctive without creating an eyesore on a page of copy. The ink itself behaves exceptionally well, certainly better than any ink I've put through my pen in the past. I've also noticed that the dry time is a little longer than I'm used to but it hasn't been an issue. view less
