As we go into the holiday season, we wanted to take the time to let everyone know about upcoming changes to our shipping policy.
We are doing our best to ensure that orders are shipped quickly and efficiently (most of the time within one business day) however, once we send them on their way, we are aware that the journey to get from us to you is taking longer than usual.
USPS has seen major slowdowns and often times, the packages are not scanned until they reach their destination. Private carriers like UPS and DHL have eliminated delivery guarantees and are also experiencing some delays due to increased volume. That increased volume has also led to a slight increase in shipping rates, as well.
To make sure you get your orders in time for all your gift-giving needs, we're recommending that you plan for a little extra travel time this year. For our U.S. customers, we recommend ordering by December 15th, to be safe. For our international customers, we recommend ordering as soon as you can. To help speed things up, we're currently only offering UPS or DHL for international shipments. As always, import fees and duties vary and are the responsibility of the customer.
One final note-- we're changing our free U.S. shipping threshold on December 1. Starting December 1st, we will offer free USPS shipping for U.S. customers on orders over $49.
