About the Brand and Owner

I am Yushing and I am the creative human behind the shop. Kubo and Lucy is named after my two cats (Kubo, male, gray tabby) and Lucy (female, calico). I spend most of my time curating, sourcing and buying all the fun stationery items you see here.

Growing up, my sister and I would save up our pocket money to buy all kind of stationery items, I love planners (diary's) and she loved Pencils (she still does) and I started my business in 2019 when I was living in my studio apartment in New York City.

It has always been a dream of mine to open a shop that offers fun, cute and functional stationery. Thank you for making this happen.
