Extremely pale yellow ink that washes away from plastics with water, yet is permanent on paper, from Noodler's, made in USA. On glass and plastic, it glows under a UV light once dry. Originally released at the 2021 Commonwealth Pen Show.
Comes with eyedropper cap.
