Styled from the classic Magna series. The black acrylic fountain pen with gold-plated fittings features the Roof Pattern on the cap and barrel which was designed by Lord Foster, from the Queen Elizabeth II Great Court. This is pen number 20 of 1753

"The British Museum" is inscribed on the gold plated silver cap band along with the Maker's Mark "OPC" the registered hallmark of the Onoto Pen Company - Fineness Mark "925" shows how many parts per thousand of pure silver the metal contains - Sterling Mark "Lion" denoting sterling silver since 1544 - Assay Mark "Anchor" which is the assay mark for Birmingham - and the Date Letter "V" denoting 2020

The pen arrives in a high gloss lacquered presentation box and is accompanied by a 5"x7" Pen Polishing Cloth made of 100% high quality cotton, impregnated with a cleaner and anti-tarnish agent
