IWI Great Heat from the standard collection is a rich navy blue ink with low shading and low copper sheen. It dries in 5 seconds in a medium nib on Rhodia and has an average flow. IWI ink is made in Taiwan.
This series of inks contains 24 colors to represent the 24 Solar Terms that represent the annual changes of seasons and helps guide agricultural activities through observing the position of the sun. During the twelfth Solar Term, the days are long and temperatures are at their hottest, beginning around July 22nd.
