Kyoto Kyo-no-oto 03 Koke-iro is a dark mossy green with medium shading and a pop of grey sheen in large swabs. It dries in 10 seconds in a medium nib on Rhodia and has a dry flow. Kyoto ink is made in Japan.
Old mossy trees and garden stones are often found in Kyoto gardens. It is a symbol of Wabi-Sabi's aesthetic sense, and the moss color that arose from it can be seen as a reflection of Kyoto culture.
