Monteverde Permanent Documental Black from Monteverde's document lineup is a pigment-based black fountain pen ink with low shading and high water resistance. It dries in 10 seconds in a medium nib on Rhodia paper and has a wet flow. Monteverde inks feature ITF, which drastically improves ink-flow quality, extends cap-off time, and lubricates and protects the ink feeding systems from corrosion and clogging.
