Color is getting more blue
I usually enjoy Robert Oster inks, but this one disappointed me. It initially appeared more blue (or blurple) than the vibrant purple pictured here and elsewhere online. After a we...view moreek in a TWSBI Eco Broad, it now comes out of the pen looking like an entirely different color than what it had been a week ago; it now looks like a soft blue.
Maybe it is supposed to shift colors and the color name somehow indicates this? Maybe it oxidizes? Or maybe my sample is an anomaly. view less

Well Shading Purple
Purple... Not a color I use too often because I couldn't find one that suited my needs, Robert Oster's bucked that trend, however! A deep color with excellent layering/shading for ...view moreart, as well as incredibly behaved, Bishop to King is dark enough to be reminiscent of when purple was reserved for those of stupendous wealth.
