Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 501-353-2362 within 30 days of receipt to initiate a return. Be sure to include your order number in the email. We do not reimburse original shipping charges. We do charge a restocking fee of $10.00 on most items.
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us, please contact us immediately (email us pictures when possible). Please be sure to include the Invoice Number that is on the packing slip. We apologize in advance, but refunds are contingent upon inspection of items. If you are returning a product because it was defective or we shipped you an item that you did not order, we will gladly reimburse you for standard USPS; or send you a return label. We want to make the process as seamless as possible.
Pens and nibs must be in new and re-sellable condition, in original packaging, in order to qualify for a refund of the original purchase price. We do not accept pens or nibs for return that have been used/ dropped/ damaged. Vanness will not issue refunds for any used ink, paper products, leather goods, pen related accessories, or personalized items.
Customer service hours are Tuesday through Friday 10:30am-5:30pm and Saturday 10:30am-4:00pm Central Time. We are primarily a brick and mortar store - after 75 years in the pen business, we understand the various aspects of pens and parts, feel free to call us when you have questions or concerns about a potential purchase.
Please keep in mind: ***NOS (more than 10 years old) items may have aged packaging, marks from the aging process or even discoloration.
Items from Grandpa's basement, and closeout specials will not be eligible for refunds.
We are authorized dealers for our products. Many manufacturers supply us with parts, please keep all paperwork for any future issues that may arise.
