Takeuchi has been a featured speaker at pen shows both in Japan and abroad, including in Tokyo and South Korea, and has established strong ties with writing communities around the world.
His first ink creation, “Rokko Green,” was inspired by his experience during the Great
Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake in 1995, when he was deeply moved by the healing power of the natural landscape surrounding Kobe. Through this work, he expressed his gratitude to those who supported the city’s reconstruction.
In addition to standard inks, he continues to develop limited and special edition colors, bringing depth, emotion, and a strong sense of place to the world of writing instruments.
