Each set contains 3 types of paper in 3 different sizes so you can try a variety of options without committing to a lot of pages. The paper is glue-bound at the top of the page and has a cardboard backing, making each style of paper into a handy notepad.

This set features 25 sheets of each of the following kinds of paper:

• Polka Laid (B7 size) - Polka Laid was designed by the book binder and graphic designer, Naoko Nakui, and released in 2012. The goal was to create "a strange, but charming piece of paper you might find on a beach." Laid paper is usually used for high-end paper, but speckles are added to this to make it more approachable and charming.
• Mag Color (A6 size) - This paper was known for its wide color offerings and organic paper feel. Given the retirement of the original equipment used at the Oji Eftex Tokai factory, the manufacturing process has been modified to be used by more modern equipment and has been re-released as "Mag Color N."
• Raicho Color Jumpaku (B6 size) - This paper was commonly used to wrap fruits such as apples and pears for shipment. In recent years, such use has been replaced by foam nettings. Enjoy the unique writing surface, color, and texture of this jumpaku-roll paper.
