Conway Stewart Churchill 80th Anniversary D-Day Poppy Pen

To honor the 80th anniversary of this historic event, Conway Stewart has launched the D-Day 80th Anniversary Poppy Pen. Based on the Churchill Black and Sterling Silver chased pen with a unique diamond pattern and the famous red poppy in the top of the cap. The poppy is made from sterling silver and colored vitreous enamel, and symbolizes remembrance.

Limited Edition of 80 pens worldwide. Each pen has its edition number engraved on the barrel end

Engraved on the barrel is General Eisenhower’s inspiring words from his Order of the Day 6th June 1944 "The tide has turned! The free men of the world are marching together to Victory!" Less than a year later, Victory in Europe was declared on 8th May 1945.
