Gamify Your Life Planning System
Make planning, journaling and getting sh*t done a game! Using techniques collected from RPG games, video games and the world of fantasy and sci-fi, you can turn your day-to-day activities into a loot-acquiring missions and side quests. We will build a D&D/video game character sheet with your goals and regular activities and combine it with a dice casting method to add a bit of fun and chance to your day-to-day life. Accomplish goals and get loot!

Carve your own rubber stamps
Using simple tools, I will walk you through the process of making and carving your own rubber stamps from readily available materials like erasers and other cutting materials.
What’s Included? Carving tool, assorted package of blades, and cutting materials. Paper, pencils and stamp ink pads will be available for use in class. (Retail value: over $25)
What's needed: Any simple black and white design, preferably line art or solid shapes, approximately 1-2" in size that you might want to carve. Additional sample images will be provided if you are stumped what to carve. Also, please bring a notebook to use to swap stamps with other attendees.

Create your own mini junk journal
Using a variety of scrap papers (found and sourced) and paperboard boxes for the covers, I will show you how to make a small 3.5” x 5” junk journal perfect for collecting ephemera and memories from a trip, project, book or anything else. We will bind them together using staples or stitching so you will learn a bit about bookbinding while making your very own junk journal. All the techniques can be applied to any size notebook so you will learn skills you can use in the future.
Class fee includes use of materials listed below and attendees will be able to take home at least one 3.5” x 5” junk journal.
What’s included:
Selection of plain and printed papers to build your notebook
Selection of recycled box material to make your cover
Metal straight edge/rule
Cutting mats and craft knives
Binding materials
What's needed: Feel free to bring your own bits of scrap paper (at least 5” x 7” in size) as well as any ephemera, stickers, washi tape or scraps you might like to add to your junk journal. Extra materials are not required but will help make your journal uniquely you.
