Japanese A5 notebook. The notebook is side bound with pages that are designed to prevent bleed through from most writing instruments. the paper is off white with general horizontal 7mm rule the vertical line is inconspicuous in the text.  The paper also has a unique header with date  and content box and a place to write the page number.
