Amber
Although I certainly didn't need another yellow/gold/orange ink, so very glad that I had bought this one. Love Apache Sunset and Operation Overlord Orange (O3) by Noodlers but fin...view mored that both can be a bit light for me. Amber has more golden depth, I feel, and can be easier to read. This one has lent itself well to some mixing tests with other Diamine colors too, if needed. Brilliant w/ a dash of Citrus Ice shimmer ink. For easier reading on cream papers w/a drop or two of golden brown (I use a cleaned out tester bottle for my mixes) w/out cancelling out its dramatic shading. All the shading drama plus more mixing options have brought me back to using it more often than the two mentioned Noodlers colors which I now rarely use. . view less
