Pretty Autumnal Ink
As another reviewer noted, this ink goes on reddish and dries a lighter orangish-brown, encompassing a range of autumn leaf colors. Seems to be more red with finer nibs and more on...view more the orange side with broader nibs. Nice shading. Somewhat similar to Monteverde Fire Opal but not as lubricated. view less

Very lovely
The picture of this sample is pretty accurate. It goes down reddish orange and dries a lighter orange. But this ink is kind of crazy. In sunlight its orange-yellow. In bright room...view more lighting its almost red. In average light, the sample colors seen above, in low light, dark orange and brown. I love writing with it, it dries fast, no matter how wet the pen. It does shade, but i like it more for its readability when transcribing my poems. If you like writing in cafe's, this is a wonderful ink. Very autumny. view less
