Green Market Emerald fountain pen ink made by P.W. Akkerman pen store in The Hague.
Originally made to celebrate their 100th anniversary, this ink comes in a vintage-style bottle with a narrow neck with a marble stopper, to create a well at the top to aid in filling pens.

Q: HI! Just trying to sort out the different bottles. Is this the green bottle with round sticker as pictured? I've seen the 60ml in this color elsewhere in a blue bottle with the larger label with picture of a nib.... A: All of the Akkerman bottles are clear glass. The green color is the ink that has been splashed onto the glass so one can see the ink color. There is a sticker on the front and back of the bottles. One side is the Akkerman logo label and the other is the color number
